Severe thunderstorm, flash flood warning issued (El Paso Times)
The National weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning and flash flood warning for El Paso and surrounding areas until 9:00 p.m. At 7:15 p.m. the Doppler Radar indicated a severe storm capable of producing nickel-size hail and strong winds moving northeast.
