PTI to package NAND flash for IM Flash (Digi Times)
With its valued customer Kingston Technology that will start sourcing NAND flash from IM Flash Technologies in the fourth quarter, Powertech Technology Incorporated (PTI) is also expected to benefit, according to a Chinese-language Commercial Times report. Adding IM Flash to its list of NAND suppliers, the memory module house requests the chips to be packaged by PTI, the paper noted.
